If you're planning to drive, on-street parking is available around the building. Do note that parking regulations can vary, so we recommend guests to observe any posted signs regarding parking hours or restrictions.

Alternatively, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the city, providing another convenient option for getting around. Regardless of your chosen mode of transport, navigating Ottawa from our centrally-located apartment is hassle-free.

The apartment is located within a charming multiplex, offering a unique blend of privacy and community. Each unit is self-contained, with a mix of our Airbnb guests and long-term residents. We kindly request guests to respect our quiet hours, from 10pm to 7am, to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

While our building dates back to the 1950s and carries with it a rich history, please note that it also comes with its quirks. The floors, though not perfectly level, add to the vintage character of the building. Walking across the room may cause some noise, and minor sounds might be audible at the apartment entry points, or from the floor above. However, the building boasts good noise insulation, and it's rare for conversations from other apartments to be heard.

Despite its age, the building is well-maintained and the apartment has been beautifully designed to offer a comfortable, stylish stay. By embracing the building's vintage charm and coupling it with modern, boho-chic design elements, we hope to provide a unique and memorable experience for our guests
